Hi! My name is Lisa Carey and I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I have been coaching for over 18 years, starting my own company and mainly working with women who are balancing a growing business with other aspects of their life (relationships, children, additional education, etc). Before becoming a coach, I was in the U.S. Navy for 20 years and retired as a Commander. So what does all this mean? My coaching comes from the heart; I have been where my clients are. I have been married for almost 35 years, have a 29-year-old daughter, and have a thriving coaching business. As a business coach, I have found that clients need four things: Someone trustworthy to bounce ideas and plans off of; Assistance in developing systems; Someone to hold them accountable. Someone to tell them it is ok to ask for help. My goal with all my clients is to get them to the point where they no longer need me. I have been described by my clients as energetic, passionate, insightful, and dynamic. My goal is to motivate professionals to achieve their full potential and sustain performance and success long term.
